Pesan mak kita dulu-dulu

Semalam, aku dok bercadang nak masak nasi ayam. Kebetulan stok ayam ada lagi..sesuai sangat la..dapatlah berehat kat rumah sambil membasuh baju sempena cuti Pertabalan Agong kita yang ke 14. Cuma timun dan tomato je tak ada...aduihh malas plak nak g kedai. 

Nasib baik kan mesin basuh dicipta. Memudahkan aktiviti membasuh yang sangat aku gemari. Pantang ada baju dalam bakul. Agaknya mewarisi dari ibuku..

Kalau mak aku datang rumah aku, gerenti bakul baju kosong. Asyik-asyik basuh baju.

Mengikut wikipedia, patent mesih basuh pertama dibuat pada 1691.

Manakala mesin basuh elektrik pertama adalah pada 1904.

Aku memang ada jadual membasuh ~ Selasa, Khamis, Jumaat dan Sabtu. Kenapa tak percaya? Apapun jadual itu fleksibel yang penting 3 - 4 kali seminggu.

Aku tukar plan, nak masak nasi tomato plak. Terus call akak aku minta resepi nasi tomato. Stok susu cair dan tomato puri ada kat rumah.. Setelah mengingat resepi ala kadar. Punyalah bagus tak salin..eheheh.. confident bleh masuk..Aku pun mulalah menyediakan bahan tumisan.

Nasi perlu dimasak sehingga mendidih kemudian barulah masukkan bahan tumisan..

Tiba tiba...telefon berdering...

Adik ipar call dan kami dok bincang tentang plan ke Raub dan bercuti di Bukit Fraser.

Sambung sembang plak dengan anak sedara. Kalau cakap dengan budak2

mmglah lama..dok layan pertanyaan dia...

Kemudian bunyi orang bagi salam kat pagar rumah...aku pun jengok

Ahli masjid datang minta isi borang kariah masjid. Aku dah la tak sesuai nak keluar.. pakaian kurang sopan. Dok cakap celah langsir jer...dia nak collect borang terus.  Aku pun minta dia masukkan kat post box dan aku akan isi.  Maknanya jap lg dia datang collect.

Terus aku tamatkan perbualan dengan anak sedaraku. Full dressing, ambik  dan isi borang, terus selit celah gate rumahku.

Kemudiannn.....

Aku terus g kat periuk nasi elektrikku, air nasi dah hampir kering...uwaaa.. camne nak masukkan tumisan nie...aku terus masukkan tumisan dan air.. Akibat dari perbuatan itu, nasi menjadi agak lembik...aku tau kesan masukkan air..tapi aku kan nak masak nasi tomato..

Mak mertua pernah pesan kalau nasi lembik, masak nasi asing dan campurkan...

insyaAllah ok sket nasi lembik tu..

Aku pun cubalah buat...tapi ntahlah maybe nasib kurang baik... selalu masak nasi atas dapur ok jer... api slow pun ada hangit sket...ish ish ish... Itulah padahnya tukar menu,  dah kabor nak masak nasi ayam kat si suami..Tapi terlebih rajin masak nasi tomato...

Tapi sebenar-benarnya, kesimpulan utk diriku... mak pernah pesan ...jangan berborak/bergayut masa tengah masak... itulah padahnya... tapi alhamdulillah nasi tomato hasil campuran tu berhasil dan

dimakan bersama ayam masak merah serta sayur campur

I'm in love in royal blue

I'm deeply in love in royal blue. Mungkin minat terhadap warna berubah mengikut usia.

Di usia akhir belasan sehingga pertengahan 20an, aku minat earth color ~ brown, black

Di usia lewat 20an, aku minat pink color.

Mcm mak mertuaku, kini dia suka benor warna merah.. merah cili tu..woww...

Color Personality ~ Blue

Blue people think with their emotions. They are either way up or way down; feeling all the emotions they can experience on their way to either.

Crying when they are happy or sad, they are feelers. Having a need to feel every thing, they leave themselves open to others. Quickly they take the mood of any person they are around whether they are upset or elated. Feelers don't even know why their emotions run the gambit. They are products of their environment.

Blue people are no fun to be around when they expect you to be down with them. Showing signs of co-dependency, they need you to be by their side feeling with them as they do.

Color Personality ~ Pink

Pink is the color of peace.

People who love the color pink usually are either in a blissful state or looking for one. They want to draw the little smiley faces on everything. The perpetual smile on pink personality faces can grow thin when you are not in the same blissful state they are.

Truly loving everyone, they try to see the best in others. If they don't find something good in a person, there has to be a very good explanation in the pink personalities mind as to why not.

I still love pink but i prefer blue.

Cara terbaik buang minyak masak

Minyak goreng ikan?  Camne nak buang nieee???

Tak kiralah ikan ape yang digoreng, minyak masak akan lebih cepat hitam. Betul kan? Kalau goreng ikan masin, aku terus buang minyak tu....

Kalau kita tengok mak-mak kita dulu, minyak dituang dalam sinki kan....mak buat gitu,
kita pun ikut ler..."mak borek, anak rintik" le katakan...ahahah..jangan marah mak...

mak pun mesti belajar dari nenek kan...

nenek plak belajar dari moyang...
moyang belajar dari oneng..
apa la aku bebel nie..

kiranya ini kes turun temurun gitu...ekekekeke

tapi apa kesannya bila kita buang minyak dalam sinki...

sinki lebih cepat tersumbat.....nak repair pakai duit lagi...

Aku just nak share cara yang aku buat...maybe lain orang lain caranya....

Sesudah aku goreng ikan dan aku agak minyak tu dah ala2 hitam...ini cara yang aku buat:

1. Biarkan minyak dalam kuali sejuk...maksudnya sejuk sehingga bleh letak jari-jemari dlm minyak..begitulah perumpamaannya :)

2. Sediakan plastik sampah...ikut minyak banyak mana

3. Ambik surat khabar...lapik kat bawah plastik

4. Ambik lagi surat khabar dan gumpal banyak2...memenuhi plastik tu....

5. Tuang minyak ke dalam plastik yang berisi surat khabar..surat khabar akan menyerap minyak itu...

6. Masukkan ke dalam plastik lain bagi mengelakkan bocor

7. Siap

Sila buang ke dalam tong sampah....

Kalau ada ongkos lebih, boleh install garbage disposal unit or waste disposal...yang mampu menghancurkan waste sekecik lebih kurang 2mm..
